Getting To Know Yourself Checklist

He who knows others is learned; He who knows himself is wise — Lao-tzu, Tao te Ching (sixth century B.C.)

What’s a ‘Getting to Know Yourself Checklist’? Well…how well do you know yourself? Whens that last time you had a conversation with yourself about how your life is going? On a scale of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, where would your rate your level of fulfillment with your life? Is it near 10 or perhaps on the lower end around 2? How do you feel about the things around you? And what about the roles that you play? How about your relationships – how do you feel about them?

In my book, ‘How Life Really Works – The Answer to Finding Your Purpose & Personal Fulfillment (Link to the Kindle Book on Amazon)’ I start off by getting the reader to think about what they like and dislike about their life. The first step in living a more fulfilling life is to understand yourself. To understand where you are – what’s working and what’s not. It’s all about taking oneself off automatic pilot and becoming conscious as to how we think and how we feel. Once we get to know ourselves we start to realize that we’re creating our reality. Our thoughts, beliefs, memories, expectations, imagination and feelings create our world. They create the good and the bad. And once we realize that we’re creating our reality, it’s not too hard to change it! And I mean massively change it. See how you get on with the ‘Getting To Know Yourself Checklist’: and visit my How Life Really Works website for more information on how to consciously create a massively fulfilling life.
